I haven't received my tickets
Check your spam or junk folder. Tickets are sent from [email protected]. If you still can't find them, email us with your order details and we'll resend them.
I need a refund

My QR code doesn't scan
Make sure your screen brightness is turned up. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll verify your ticket manually.
